iba is the international trade fair for experts of the bakeries and confectioneries held in Munich, Germany every three year. This long-established fair was held for the first time in 1949. A wide range of international experts attend this event to network and become informed on the latest technological developments and issues facing the industry.
At the last iba 2012, more than 1,200 exhibitors from 58 countries and regions presented their latest innovations, and it attracted as many as 70,000 international visitors from over 160 countries. iba is literally the world's largest exhibition.
