The "V4-S.F.D." is designed by completely different philosophy from conventional dough divider.

The "V4-S.F.D." is designed by completely different philosophy from conventional dough divider. It performs without giving any mechanical force into the dough.
Further,as it employs a unique “Gravimetric® Method” at its weighing and cutting system,it works also to divide well-fermented gassy dough accurately into portions without being affected by the variation of specific gravity of dough

1. Model : VX121
Output Capability : Max 800Kg/h
Output Dough Width:200mm
Output Dough Thickness: 20 to 35mm
(adjustable)



2. Model : VX122
This is a cross Roller added model to make the dough sheet wider and thinner. Basic specification is the same as the VX121 model.




Examples of Weighed and Divided Dough
Select "Weight Cutting" or "Length Cutting" mode.
(Weight Range : 200 to 9999g, Length Range : 20 to 9999mm)

Lengthwise Cutting
Cutting along the direction of dough flow can be done by circular cutter. Production of small size the number of circular cutters.
