The Heart Marker brands the tops of product such as Japanese traditional "Manju" and Steam-up cake.
This machine is equipped with an electric heater, which brands a trayful of products at a time.

This machine brands the tops of product such as Kasuga-manju, Kusa-mochi, Daifuku-mochi, and Steam-up cake.
The production capacity corresponds to that of the Encrusting Machine or Mini Steamer.
Operating the Heart Marker is a simple process that all can master.
This machine uses an electric power source, equipped with an electric heater, which brands a trayful of products at a time.
The Teflon-coated heart-marking plate prevents sticking.
Range of product size is 10-60 min in height and 20-100 mm in diameter.
The maximum marking plate temperature is 250°C.
The baking timer can be adjusted within a 0.2 - 180 second range.

Tray sizes

There are two types of Heart Markers to accommodate different tray sizes.

A-type B-type
(appropriated tray size) 500mm x 500mm or less

Given an individual product diameter of 50mm. 36(6x6) products can be heat-marked at a time.

The Machine's compact size and caster-assisted portability makes the Heart Maker an easy store-front addition.
A cotton brush for cleaning the heart-marking plate is provided.
